Run your run club without the group-chat scroll

This Saturday's start time, the route, the pace groups, and who's actually turning up — in one place, not 200 messages deep.

“What time? Which route? Is it on if it rains?”

Every week it's the same thread: the start time, the meet point, the pace groups, the rain call — and newcomers with no idea where to stand. It scrolls away, you answer it five times, and someone still turns up at the wrong car park. A run club needs one board where this week's run just stays put.

How it works

  1. 1
    Pin this week's run
Start time, meet point, distance and pace groups — set once. Repeat it every Saturday and it's never asked again.
  2. 2
    The headcount counts itself
Post the run as an event; runners tap “I'm going.” You know your numbers — and who's bringing a newcomer — before you lace up.
  3. 3
Routes and rules on the shelf
This week's route map, the pace guide, the club code of conduct — pinned at the top, there for every newcomer.

Questions

Do runners need an app or account?
No. They tap your link, type their name, and they're in — the phone remembers them. Nobody's downloading anything before a Saturday run.
Can newcomers find the meet point without asking?
Yes — pin the route map and meet point to the Resources shelf and it's the first thing they see. No more “where do I go?” DMs.
Is it free for our club?
Yes. Knowtepad is free for running clubs and community groups.
